We offer a one year warranty that covers manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by improper care, exposure to chemicals, water, perfume, lotions, or misuse is not covered. Warranty claims require proof of purchase.
To preserve your jewelry, follow the care instructions included with your order. Damage caused by not following care guidance is not covered by warranty or returns and or warranty card that was sent with the original packaging.
Once tracking confirms delivery, 22 Creation is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages. For lost packages during transit, we will assist with carrier claims to the best of our ability.
